DAN Air, the Romanian carrier, has announced an exciting new seasonal service connecting Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport to Dublin. This new route will operate three times a week, every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, from December 13, 2024, to January 12, 2025.

The flights will be serviced by the airline’s Airbus A320-200 aircraft, offering travellers a direct and convenient way to enjoy the festive season and those looking to explore Bucharest’s deep cultural and historical attractions.

The airline is also tapping into the high demand for holiday travel between Romania and Ireland, with many people looking to visit family and friends.

Romania’s capital, Bucharest, is known for its festive Christmas markets, where visitors can experience the holiday season with traditional Romanian food, handcrafted goods, and charming decorations. The city’s mix of architectural styles, including grand historical buildings, Soviet-era landmarks, and a vibrant modern scene, offers travellers a wealth of cultural experiences.
